If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with current regulations. The product must be returned intact, unused, complete with the original packaging, and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted if there are obvious signs of use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products. Once the return is received and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. If the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, the customer is encouraged to contact visione360.info within 48 hours of delivery, attaching any photos. In these cases, a replacement or a refund will be offered at no extra cost.
