Visione360.info is an e-commerce site specializing in the sale of sunglasses, eyeglasses, and accessories, selected for their combination of style, quality, and functionality. Each product is described in its respective product page, with images and technical information that are as accurate as possible.
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping costs are indicated separately during the purchase process, before order confirmation. Visione360 reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.
To purchase on the Site, the user must select the desired products and complete the checkout process by entering the required information accurately and truthfully. The order is considered finalized upon confirmation of payment and the sending of the relevant confirmation email. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a request to info@bastardesign.it, indicating the order number. The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
All products sold on visione360.info are covered by the 12-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by law. In the event of defects or non-conformities, the customer is entitled to replacement, repair, or refund, as provided by law.
Visione360 cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the purchased products. The images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product, also depending on the settings of the user's device.
